Our founder, Mike Stobbe, has cultivated a vast network of human capital resources with over a decade of experience in agency recruitment, leadership, and talent development. His journey has been marked by a strong commitment to delivery, transparency, and customer service. This is evidenced by his deep roots in the niche ERP sector and the sustainable growth his clients have achieved. Leveraging his specialized knowledge, Mike crafts tailored talent solutions, empowering clients throughout North America to thrive in their respective industries.
Mike grew up local to the Philadelphia Area and currently resides on the Main Line. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Elizabethtown College and earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Saint Joseph's University with a Human Resources Certificate. With the HR concentration, he hopes to share a greater scope of human capital expertise with his customers. He recently wrote a research paper on the Impact of Learning & Development on Digital Transformation Strategies and a summary of his findings can be found on the Main Line Talent Group blog, Talent on Tracks.
